|Description||I have over 36 years of day to day courtroom experience assisting over 5,000 clients and their families to completely avoid or minimize the adverse consequences of DUIs and other criminal offenses.
Courtroom experience includes knowing how to successfully challenge the State's evidence, what motions to file and arguments to make to get a better plea offer, to win at trial or to minimize the penalties. Your case should not be a learning experience for an inexperienced attorney. Experience Matters when trying to get the Best Possible Result.
Your case will be solely my responsibility, from start to finish. Don’t get lost in a big firm which doesn’t care about you. You will be able to call, text or email me, and not some answering service, 24/7.
36 years of representing over 5,000 clients has taught me that the service I provide to my clients is just as important to my clients as what I do in court. By service I mean such things as sending my clients police reports, voice recordings, motions, photographs, everything, as I receive them, to facilitating the easiest way to complete court-ordered counseling, and sending email reminders about everything. You deserve to know everything that happens in your case, as it happens. I believe my Premium Service is second to none.
My fee agreement is for one flat, all-inclusive fee for Premium Representation from beginning to end. No additional trial fee. My fee includes what in effect is an Insurance Policy against any future problems arising after the last court date. If you have a problem, then you call me to fix it. Don't pay the same fee (or higher!) to another lawyer to just plead guilty - with me you get a flat, low fee and all-inclusive representation.
With my Insurance Policy against future problems you have the Peace of Mind of knowing if future problems do arise, such as with the court or the MVD, help is only a phone call away, and at no additional cost to you.
Many lawyers charge an extra fee just to go to trial! I will not charge you a trial fee, so you don’t pay extra to exercise your Constitutional Right to a Jury Trial.
