Our team is dedicated to our clients, and we offer every individual who seeks our assistance outstanding legal service. We understand that certain areas of law may require an attorney's assistance more often than other areas. Some of our clients continue to seek our assistance for years after our original meeting. We build strong relationships with our clients, and strive to keep abreast of the ever changing laws.

Elder Law
Since elder law is an incredibly broad area of law, almost every lawyer has their areas of expertise. Elder law covers all topics that people may face as they start to reach the age of retirement, including retirement planning, conservatorship, and fiduciary services. It is important to find an attorney who has knowledge of the elder network. Attorney Connelly is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, which makes him 1 out of less than 500 Certified Elder Law attorneys in the country, one out of only 25 in the state of Massachusetts, one out of only eleven in the state of Connecticut, and one out of only five in the state of Rhode Island, who can claim such a title! His experience and passion for elder law ensures that our clients will receive excellent elder law assistance.

Probate Law
Probate refers to the process of administering and processing a person's estate through the legal system after they pass away. Probate law ensures that your estate is transferred to the correct people in an orderly manner. Almost all estates must pass through probate prior to their distribution, and certain steps must be completed in order to properly close a probate case.

Estate Planning
Everyone who owns something has an estate. An estate may consist of a person's car, house, other real estate properties, and personal items. When you create an estate plan, you dictate how and to whom you want your items to be distributed to after you pass away. Without an estate plan, your assets and properties may be divided according to state law.

Fiduciary Services
Within fiduciary services a fiduciary must act solely in a person's interests. When a person is hired as a fiduciary, they may not benefit from their client unless they have the client's consent. A fiduciary may manage and protect a person's assets, act as an attorney in fact, pay a person's bills, and perform representative payee and trustee services.
