Electronic Library on International Commercial Law and the CISG
Pace Law School database on the CISG and International Commercial Law. The CISG is the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the uniform international sales law of countries that account for three-quarters of all world trade. The CISG Database reflects a collaborative effort between the Institute of International Commercial Law and the Pace Law Library.

Lex Mercatoria
Lex Mercatoria was the first website dedicated to a particular area of law, namely international commercial/trade law. Lex Mercatoria started at the University of Tromsoe, Norway, is hosted by the University of Oslo, Norway. The primary area of interest remains international commercial law and international trade law, and electronic commerce and (mostly open standard) Net technologies, with additional coverage of international environmental law, the bio-sciences, international criminal law. Lex Mercatoria provides information and links related to international commerce and trade law. The Lex Mercatoria presents the full texts and where relevant country implementation details of several of the most important conventions and other documents used in international trade and commerce. These materials are presented by subject, chronologically, and has information pages on trade related organisations.
Trade Law Centre for Southern Africa
TRALAC is a not-for-profit organisation, building trade law capacity in the Southern Africa region. TRALAC's mission is to build trade law capacity in southern Africa so that these countries can participate effectively in the global economy, to negotiate trade agreements that will support their development objectives, and so that they can implement the agreements to ensure that they realise the potential benefits of international trade.

United Nations Commission on International Trade Law
The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) is a subsidiary body of the General Assembly of the United Nations with the general mandate to further the progressive harmonization and unification of the law of international trade. UNCITRAL has since prepared a wide range of conventions, model laws and other instruments dealing with the substantive law that governs trade transactions or other aspects of business law which have an impact on international trade. UNCITRAL meets once a year, typically in summer, alternatively in New York and in Vienna.
